Fee Overview
Witness as to Execution + ID Verification = $400 + applicable taxes
(Includes administrative processing and Notary insurance.)
Independent Legal Advice (ILA): Standard ILA: starting at $500 + applicable taxes
Complicated ILA: $600–$1,000 + disbursements
Estate Planning Fees: Estate planning packages vary depending on complexity and number of documents required and they start at $450.

Mobile Travel Fees (Lower Mainland)
Travel is calculated from the nearest office location (White Rock or Vancouver).
Zone 1 (0–10 km): $100
Zone 2 (10–20 km): $150
Zone 3 (20–35 km): $250
Zone 4 (35+ km / extended areas): quoted individually ($350+)
Downtown parking surcharge (if applicable): $50
Rush appointment add-on: $250
Extended Travel (Outside Lower Mainland)
Extended regional appointments include travel time, scheduling allocation, and transportation costs.
Sunshine Coast: $1,200
Whistler / Sea-to-Sky Corridor: $1,500
Vancouver Island – Victoria: $2,000
Vancouver Island – Nanaimo: $1,700
