A compassionate, detail-driven Notary Public who makes legal processes feel calm and effortless.
Tanvi is originally from the Himalayas and grew up moving through 15 different towns before she finished high school. That constant shift, new landscapes, new cultures, new perspectives have shaped her ability to adapt effortlessly and connect with people from every background. When she moved to Vancouver in grade 11, she brought that same openness, curiosity, and global awareness with her.
Creativity has always been at the center of who she is. She grew up surrounded by artistic clothing and jewelry collected by her mother from every region they lived in. It shaped her love for fashion. Being part of her family’s notary business also gave her an early understanding of the law and she found a mentor in her dad whose teachings have supported her in her own journey. She is adventurous and finds beauty everywhere—birds, design, food and travel. She’s traveled to more than 20 countries, and each place adds to the way she sees people and the world.
Her professional path spans real estate, mortgage lending, technology and public service which is evident from her experience at BC Assessment, CIBC, Ministry of Transportation, and the BC Public Service Agency. She has always had a passion for technology and was also an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster.
Becoming a Notary Public was a natural step that she achieved through sheer hard work and earning a Masters in Applied Legal Studies. Opening her own firm was a deliberate decision. She wanted to create a space rooted in clarity, calm, and trust—where clients feel seen, supported, and never rushed. She explains everything thoroughly because important decisions deserve time, presence, and care.
Today, her practice blends global perspective, elegance, and a deep respect for the people she serves. Her goal is simple: to offer a notarial experience that feels clear, attentive, beautifully guided, and unmistakably human.
